This is not a desk job. It’s an on-ground role where you’ll work closely with founders, hotel owners, and teams that shape the hospitality ecosystem in Rishikesh. You’ll learn the pulse of operations, the rhythm of guest experiences, and the craft of managing both people and systems. We’ll hand-hold you whenever you’re stuck — you’ll always have a lifeline. Your Work Will Touch Many Things Helping properties come alive online — updating photos, listings, and details across OTAs. Onboarding new hotels and homestays onto our platform. Building relationships with local travel agents, yoga schools, and retreat organizers to generate offline demand. Being the bridge between the product team and the ground reality — helping tech work for hospitality. Who You Are Humble, curious, and dependable. Comfortable using basic tech tools (Google Sheets, OTA dashboards, etc.). Communicates well — both with guests and teams. Eager to learn and grow in hospitality. What You Get Stay and meals covered at one of our partner properties. Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000 per month. Work directly with the founders — learn how hospitality and tech meet on the ground. Deep exposure to some of the best hotels and owners in Rishikesh. Be part of something that’s growing fast, but built with care.
