Hospitality Manager Female

A Timeshare Representative promotes and sells vacation ownership and fractional ownership real estate products within a hospitality environment, such as resorts, hotels, or vacation clubs. The role involves engaging with guests, conducting presentations, and guiding potential owners through the benefits and value of long-term vacation ownership. The representative provides exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals and maintaining a strong understanding of the resort’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Greet and interact with resort guests to generate interest in timeshare ownership opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct one-on-one or group presentations explaining product features, financial options, and long-term benefits.
• Lead Qualification: Assess guest needs, travel habits, and eligibility to determine potential fit for ownership programs.
• Relationship Building: Foster a positive, customer-focused experience that builds trust and encourages long-term relationships.
• Tour Coordination: Guide guests on property tours, showcasing amenities, accommodations, and ownership advantages.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process contracts, ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential buyers, provide additional information, and assist with decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, concierge staff, and resort management to increase participation in timeshare presentations.
• Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
