Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a courteous and professional approach.
Register patients, collect necessary documents, and issue OPD/IPD slips.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls at the reception desk efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other hospital departments.
Handle TPA (Third Party Administrator) documentation for patient admissions and discharges.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in hospital management software.
Maintain daily reports and ensure smooth shift handovers.
Provide general information and guidance to patients and their families.
Handle emergency situations with composure and immediately alert relevant medical staff.

Required Experience:

2-7 years of experience in hospital reception or front desk operations.
Mandatory experience in handling TPA procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Hospital Management Software).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, professional, and patient-oriented approach.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Good understanding of hospital procedures and TPA coordination.
