Job Summary

We are seeking a polite, professional, and well-organized Hospital Receptionist to join our front-office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Handle incoming calls and maintain call records.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient updates.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure proper documentation.
Handle night shift reception operations as per hospital protocols.
Manage emergency call responses and patient admissions during night shifts.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience as a Receptionist in a Hospital or Healthcare setup preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software preferred).
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duty.
Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Freshers are also welcome
