Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Hospital Pharmacist at GBR Fertility Centre in Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, compounding medications, and ensuring adherence to pharmacy practice standards. You will play a crucial role in reviewing prescriptions, preparing and distributing medications, monitoring patient drug therapies, and offering drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients. Key Responsibilities: - Dispense medications accurately - Provide pharmaceutical care - Compound medications as required - Review prescriptions for accuracy - Prepare and distribute medications - Monitor patient drug therapies - Offer drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients - Adhere to pharmacy practice standards Qualifications Required: - B Pharm / D Pharm / Graduate with Hospital Pharmacy Work Experience - Proficiency in Pharmacy, Medicine, and Pharmacy Practice skills - Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Care and Compounding - Strong attention to detail for accurate prescription processing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Billing Software, Hospital Management Software, and Basic Excel - Possession of a Registered Pharmacist license - Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred,
