Description
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. - Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements. - Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quality data, including patient outcomes, infection rates, and incident reports. - Developing and delivering training programs on quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. - Investigating and addressing patient safety incidents and near-misses. - Willingness to travel between different centers to conduct quality assurance and other related activities. - Developing and maintaining a quality dashboard for tracking performance metrics. - Working closely with clinical and administrative staff to promote quality and safety. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation (Any Healthcare degree would be a plus) - Proven experience in healthcare quality management, preferably in a hospital setting. - Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
