Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Manager on Duty (MOD) at Mediaid Healthcare LLP. The position is located in the Kutch district. The Hospital MOD will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating between different departments, ensuring patient care standards are met, resolving any issues that arise during their shift, and supervising hospital staff. The Hospital MOD will also be the primary point of contact for patient and staff concerns, emergencies, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and emergencies effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in healthcare management or hospital administration
Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
