Hospital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the hospital’s services, increase patient footfall, and build strong relationships with the local community and referring doctors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive patient growth. Build and maintain relationships with local clinics, general physicians, specialists, and corporate clients. Plan and coordinate outreach programs, health camps, CMEs, and promotional events. Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors, medical centers, and referral partners. Collaborate with digital marketing team for social media, website, and online campaigns. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and submit reports. Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution and branding materials. Handle patient queries related to services and provide necessary follow-ups. Ensure hospital branding is maintained across all channels and touchpoints. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil and English preferred). Willing to travel locally and meet monthly visit targets. Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
