Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital and coordinate with the medical college administration
• Ensure efficient functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments
• Manage staff, resources, and facilities to maintain high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation norms, and government regulations
• Coordinate with teaching faculty, doctors, and administrative staff
• Handle budgeting, procurement, and performance monitoring

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA (Healthcare) or equivalent
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital management (preferably in a teaching hospital)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with NABH, MCI/NMC, and other regulatory frameworks
