Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: Sanpada Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Education: Graduation
Salary: 16k to 27k

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and enquiries at the front desk.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry in the hospital system.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
• Handle billing queries, basic cash/credit transactions, and guide patients for further procedures.
• Attend phone calls, respond to queries, and provide correct information to patients and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable.
• Support hospital administration with day-to-day front office activities.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital Management System).
• Ability to multitask and handle work pressure.
• Knowledge of hospital processes will be an added advantage.
