We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Officer to join our clinic team. The Administration Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the clinic. *Responsibilities:* - Manage patient appointment scheduling and ensure timely communication with patients. - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality. - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. - Handle billing and insurance claims processing. - Manage inventory of clinic supplies and equipment. - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork. - Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors. - Collaborate with other administrative staff to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment. - Assist in coordinating staff meetings and training sessions.
