Horticulture Site Lead - Kolkata

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and maintenance of

  outdoor plants, landscape area and miniature gardens

  .
• Conduct

  regular site visits

  to ensure plant health and service quality.
• Manage a team of gardeners and provide training on

  outdoor plant care best practices

  .
• Coordinate with

  clients, vendors, and internal teams

  for smooth operations.
• Monitor plant health under AC conditions (low light, low humidity) and take corrective action.
• Maintain regular reports on

  plant performance and replacements

  .

Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  outdoor horticulture, office greenery, hotel/mall landscaping, or corporate plant rentals

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  indoor plant species

  and their care requirements under Non AC environments.
• Ability to diagnose and manage issues like

  leaf burn, fungal infections, low/high humidity stress

  in plants.
• Comfort with working

  entirely outdoor in non air-conditioned environments

  .
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
