Job Title: Horticulture Manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Hyderabad (On-Site) Languages Required: English, Hindi, Telugu Industry Preference: Amusement Parks, Eco-Parks, Botanical Gardens, Landscaping, Hospitality Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Horticulture Manager / Head to oversee the development, maintenance, and sustainability of the diverse flora at Experium Eco Park . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in landscape management, botanical garden development, and ecological conservation . This role demands expertise in plant sciences, sustainable gardening, irrigation systems, and large-scale green project management . Key Responsibilities: Strategic Horticulture Planning Develop and execute long-term landscaping and plantation strategies for the park. Flora & Fauna Management Oversee the maintenance of 2.5 lakh ornamental plants from 85+ countries . • Irrigation & Soil Health Implement eco-friendly irrigation systems, soil enrichment techniques, and pest management . Exotic & Native Species Conservation Preserve and propagate rare and ancient trees, including 300+ year-old specimens . • Team Leadership Manage a team of gardeners, landscapers, and horticulture specialists . Research & Innovation Introduce new plant varieties, vertical gardens, and hydroponic farming techniques . Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to environmental guidelines and safety regulations . Guest Experience Enhancement Curate thematic gardens, sensory experiences, and botanical education programs for visitors. Requirements: M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Horticulture, Botany, or Agriculture from a reputed institute. 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale parks, botanical gardens, or eco-tourism projects . Expertise in plant disease control, and greenhouse management . Strong knowledge of climate-adaptive plants, irrigation automation . Ability to plan and execute large horticulture projects while managing budgets and resources effectively . On-Site Role Must be available for daily supervision and problem-solving.
