Job Responsibilities :

• Undertake plantations & maintenance of Horticulture species
• Prepare calendar of operations for all plantations in his areas and get them approved from HOD
• Prepare scope of work regarding maintenance of plantations in respective areas in consultation with HOD
• Prepare budget estimates and submit in time his input requirements for procurement
• Monitor and take timely control measures for diseases and pests in his area
• Maintain drip irrigation systems in order
• Undertake R & D trials on various inputs
• Harvest and dispose off the produce as required
• Maintain prescribed records & Submit MIS
• Safety of plantations, produce, installations and Safety of contractors manpower

• Should have knowledge and experience in latest trends in Horticulture
• Should be computer savvy with working knowledge of CAD software
• Should have good communication skills
• Should possess leadership qualities
