The Opportunity

This unique role involves managing two distinct properties with differing needs:
  • Farm Stay/Resort with Farm Houses: Here, you will be responsible for overseeing agricultural operations, ensuring the health and productivity of crops, and maintaining the natural beauty of a resort setting.
  • Luxury Villa Community: This property requires a sophisticated groundskeeping approach, focusing on aesthetic appeal, plant health, and creating an inviting environment for our residents.
You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that cater to the specific requirements of each location, ensuring both operational efficiency and breathtaking landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive groundskeeping strategies tailored to each property's unique needs.
  • Oversee all agricultural operations at the Farm Stay/Resort, including crop management, soil health, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Manage irrigation systems, pest control, and disease prevention for all plant life.
  • Ensure the aesthetic appeal and overall health of landscapes at both properties.
  • Supervise and train groundskeeping staff, fostering a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Develop and manage budgets for groundskeeping and agricultural operations.
  • Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.
  • Regularly inspect properties to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Horticulture or Agriculture (essential).
  • Proven experience in managing agricultural operations and groundskeeping, preferably with experience across diverse property types.
  • Strong knowledge of plant health, soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
  • Transportation stipend provided if using your own vehicle to commute between sites.
