THE LEARNING HUB is seeking dedicated and skilled Home Tutors to provide personalized, in-home instruction to students across various educational boards. If you are passionate about teaching, comfortable traveling to students' residences, and proficient in English, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students from Grades 1 to 10 and beyond, covering all core subjects.
• Travel to students' homes within the designated service areas (primarily Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India, and surrounding regions as assigned).
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit individual student needs, learning styles, and academic goals.
• Familiarity with and ability to teach across all major Indian educational boards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and potentially international boards.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with both students and parents/guardians regarding academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student requirements.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times, fostering a supportive and conducive learning environment.
• Potentially assist students with homework, test preparation, and long-term academic planning.

Requirements:

• A strong academic background and proven expertise in teaching subjects up to Grade 10 or higher.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate students with diverse learning abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to students' homes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• A background check and references may be required.
