Job Decription For Real Estate

Sales & Lead Generation:Actively source potential clients for home loans through various channels, including networking, referrals, and working with real estate agents.
Client Engagement:Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and advise them on available home loan products, features, and terms.
Application Management:Guide clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, verified, and submitted accurately and on time.
Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other channel partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans.
Process Coordination:Act as a liaison between clients, the loan processing team, and banks to facilitate smooth and timely application processing and disbursement.
Market Awareness:Stay informed about new home loan products, market trends, interest rates, and competitor activities.
Compliance:Ensure all loan processes and activities adhere to relevant banking regulations and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
