Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Key Relationship Officer – Home Loans for our Coimbatore location. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the home loan segment, and must be capable of generating leads independently. This is a field-based role, and a two-wheeler is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Source home loan customers through open market activities, personal network, and builder/channel partner relationships Actively generate new business opportunities and convert leads to closures Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable home loan solutions Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets consistently Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year experience in home loan sales (Housing Finance Company preferred) Undergraduates and Graduates both eligible Must have the ability to self-generate leads Comfortable with field work and client visits Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills What We OfferFixed salary up to ₹3.5 LPA Lucrative performance-based incentives Career growth within a reputed financial services brand Supportive team environment and on-ground training
