Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the mortgage process from application to approval — ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Educate clients on available home loan options and eligibility criteria.
Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.
Analyse financial information to determine suitable loan products.
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and real estate agents to expedite approvals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends.
Provide excellent service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in mortgage lending, home loans, or financial counselling.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of mortgage regulations and lending procedures.
