Role Overview: You are being offered a full-time position as a Home Loan Counsellor at a leading Corporate DSA specializing in sourcing home loans for major banks and financial institutions across India. Your main responsibilities will include generating and managing leads for home loans through various channels, counseling customers on home loan products from multiple banks, coordinating with the internal processing team and bank representatives, handling the complete loan process from application submission to disbursement, and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in home loan sales or financial products (freshers with a passion for sales may also apply). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Familiarity with banking processes and documentation related to home loans. - Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred). - Must own a 2-wheeler for commuting.
