Job Description

1.Actively promote and sell home loan products to prospective and existing customers, generating leads through various channels. 2.Evaluate client requirements and financial situations to recommend personalized and suitable home loan options. 3.Guide clients through the entire loan application process, collecting and verifying all necessary financial documents. 4. Coordinate with lenders, underwriting teams, and other financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals and ensure smooth processing. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals. 6.Stay updated on market trends, current interest rates, competitor products, and regulatory requirements. 7.Achieve monthly sales and processing targets and key performance indicators 8.Provide ongoing customer service and support to clients after their loan has been approved and disbursed.
