What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years

  as a Home Health Intake Coordinator or similar role

• Hands-on experience

  with one or more of these EMR platforms:

• Kinnser

  / WellSky
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
• KanTime
• Any other Home Health EMR

• Experience

  with Start of Care (SOC) processes and Medicare/Medicaid compliance

• Proven quality review

  experience with ability to identify and correct data issues which can impact quality of care or reimbursement or compliance

Required Skills

• Data entry accuracy
• Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare software
• Strong knowledge of US insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial) and different payer plans
• Understanding of home health workflows and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed

US Shift Requirement

• Commitment to working US shift hours

• Flexible and reliable for 5 days/week, full-time employment
• Comfortable maintaining focus during evening/night hours
• Quick response time to urgent issues

Location

• Must be based in India

  (preferably Pune based)
• Willing to relocate to Pune if required
