Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1 Training to the JC & JP Manpower 2 Track and monitor KPIs of all JP Sales officer & technicians for evaluating performance 3 Responsible for reskilling /up skilling based on the evaluation outcomes 4 Conduct refresher program for bottom performers on periodic basis 5 Ensure execution as per established quality norms within defined SLAs 6 Ensure the FTR norms are over achieved across the area of responsibility 7 Act as support/guide, in case of level up trouble shooting cases for closure within TAT to ensure customer delight 8 Establish connect and rapport with HNI customers 9 Responsible for tie up with target colleges 10 Responsible for creating optimum JP Sales officer & technicians pool availability 11 Proactively create JP Sales officer & technicians pipeline for expansion or replacement requirement on going basis 12 Conduct training for JP Sales officer & technicians as per company norms 13 Certify JP Sales officer & technicians upon success full completion of training based on evaluation parameters finalized 14 Impart hands on practical training in field through planned OJTs
