Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional with expertise in the health and supplement industry to join our team as a Holistic Health Consultant & Herbal Product Research & Formulation Expert. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background and practical experience in herbal medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and Nutrition, and should demonstrate a passion for scientifically advancing plant-based and traditional health formulations.

This role would involve dual responsibilities (1) Providing Health Consultation to our clients (2) Conducting rigorous research, formulating evidence-based products, ensuring quality compliance, and contributing to public education through high-quality content development. The candidate will be instrumental in transforming traditional knowledge into modern, compliant, and effective wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scientific research on herbal, plant-based, and dietary supplement ingredients, with a focus on efficacy, safety, and traditional usage.
• Develop and refine product formulations based on Ayurvedic, naturopathic, and nutritional principles.
• Providing Health Consultation as needed to our potential customers.
• Coordinate and implement product testing protocols, including stability testing and quality control procedures.
• Author and publish evidence-based content, including research papers, educational articles, blogs, white papers, and technical documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and scientific advancements in the health and wellness sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, marketing, and compliance to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homeopathy or a related health science discipline (e.g. BAMS, BNYS, BHMS, MBBS, MD).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical practice, health and supplement industry, including , product development, or research roles.
• Proficient knowledge of Ayurvedic and plant-based health systems, supplemented by an understanding of modern scientific principles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to both professional and consumer audiences.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (such as FSSAI, AYUSH, or international equivalents) is an added advantage.

Desirable Attributes:

• A deep commitment to holistic health and natural medicine.
• Familiarity with global dietary supplement regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, EFSA).
• Experience in laboratory testing or working with certified manufacturers.
• Publication record in relevant scientific or wellness-focused outlets is a plus.
