Your passion for herbal medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and Nutrition will drive scientific research, product development, and public education initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct scientific research on herbal, plant-based, and dietary supplement ingredients, emphasizing efficacy, safety, and traditional usage. - Develop and refine product formulations grounded in Ayurvedic, naturopathic, and nutritional principles. - Provide Health Consultation to potential customers as required. - Coordinate product testing protocols, including stability testing and quality control procedures. - Author evidence-based content like research papers, educational articles, blogs, and technical documents. - Stay updated on global regulatory frameworks and scientific advancements in the health and wellness sector. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, marketing, and compliance to ensure scientific accuracy and brand alignment. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, or a related health science discipline (e.g., BAMS, BNYS, BHMS, MBBS, MD). - Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical practice, health and supplement industry, including product development or research roles. - Proficient knowledge of Ayurvedic and plant-based health systems, complemented by an understanding of modern scientific principles. - Strong writing skills to convey complex scientific concepts to professional and consumer audiences. - Experience with regulatory frameworks like FSSAI, AYUSH, or international equivalents is advantageous. Desirable Attributes: - Deep commitment to holistic health and natural medicine. - Familiarity with global dietary supplement regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, EFSA). - Experience in laboratory testing or collaboration with certified manufacturers. - Publication record in relevant scientific or wellness-focused outlets is a plus.
