Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire product life cycle for your designated destination, from planning to execution. - Build a holiday product portfolio roadmap for the geographical region or specific travel themes by understanding consumer demand. - Create holiday travel products based on consumer insights, considering factors such as experience, spending capacity, and preferences. - Define the product vision and strategy for the destination, identifying market opportunities. - Develop the revenue roadmap for the destination through price benchmarking and cost optimization. - Collaborate with various functions like Sales, Contracting, Marketing, and Finance to drive the destination agenda. - Evaluate market competition and position the product line to attract the relevant customer segment. - Enhance customer experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score to drive business improvement. Qualifications Required: - A master's degree from a reputed institute. - 2 to 4 years of experience in managing a category within internet/e-commerce/travel organizations or a similar role.
