Job Description

As an International Travel Sales Manager, your main role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients in international markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as advising them on destinations, cultures, customs, weather conditions, and available activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing travel issues such as conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds. - Promoting and selling travel packages and services tailored to specific markets. - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets. - Representing the company at international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events. - Staying informed on international travel trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns promptly. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in any stream. MBA from Tourism & Travel Management is a plus. - Minimum 2 years of experience is a must. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. - Passion for travel and tourism. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.,
