POSITION - FIELD / OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE Job Description: As a Field Sales Representative in the travel industry, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our travel products (HOLIDAY PACKAGES) and services to clients within your assigned territory. You will be actively engaging with prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: n Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms. n Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and travel requirements to tailor solutions that meet their expectations. n Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our travel products, services, and offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings and address client inquiries. n Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our travel products and services. n Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets n Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, achievements, and forecasts to management. n Travel and Industry Events Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and expand business opportunities.
