Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via outbound calls, introducing them to exclusive holiday and cruise packages. Understand customer travel preferences and recommend tailored vacation solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Create detailed travel itineraries and manage both domestic and international travel packages. Demonstrate expertise in handling cruise and land-based holiday packages. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong voice modulation, clarity, and ability to handle pressure effectively. Persuasive with strong negotiation skills. Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Prior experience in making itineraries and managing both domestic and international travel packages is essential. Experience with cruise and land package planning is highly preferred.
