Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves creating tailor-made travel packages, arranging travel itineraries, and facilitating bookings for clients. Responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, managing travel-related queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. The consultant will also assist with business travel arrangements and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their unique travel needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and understanding clients' needs
• Experience handling Business Travel and specialized travel solutions
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
