Job Responsibility;- Lead the department with strategic vision, academic integrity, and administrative efficiency. Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Develop and update curriculum aligned with the latest industry trends and digital technologies. Mentor and support faculty in achieving academic and research goals. Guide students on academic and career growth, research projects, and industry exposure. Foster partnerships with industry leaders for guest lectures, internships, live projects, and placements. Encourage and participate in high-quality research, publications, and knowledge sharing. Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary programs and promote a culture of innovation. Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a closely related field (preferred); Masters degree required. 10+ years of academic and/or industry experience, including leadership roles. Proven expertise in digital marketing strategy, analytics, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and emerging tools/tech. Strong record of research, publications, and academic contributions. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a team, manage academic operations, and collaborate across departments. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and driving student success. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
