🔵 We're Hiring: Head of Dyeing Department (Polyester Fabrics) 📍 Location: Panipat, Haryana (On-site only) 📅 Experience Required: 8–10 years (in dyeing, especially with polyester fabrics) We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to join our team as the Head of the Dyeing Department. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who understands the technicalities of polyester fabric dyeing and can lead teams to deliver quality, consistency, and timely output. 🔧 Role Overview: The Head of Dyeing will be responsible for managing the entire dyeing operations of our facility. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of polyester dyeing processes, color matching, machine operations, and must be adept at managing both people and production plans. 🧠 Key Responsibilities: Oversee labour and workforce management on the shop floor to ensure productivity, discipline, and smooth operations. Ensure efficient machine management, including operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance schedules. Handle shade card matching and color consistency with precision and technical know-how. Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly dyeing production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Work closely with the quality control team to maintain high dyeing standards. Monitor dye and chemical consumption, ensuring cost control and waste reduction. Implement best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance. ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in dyeing, specifically with polyester fabrics. Proven experience managing large teams and complex dyeing operations. Strong technical knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and dyeing machinery. Effective communicator with leadership qualities to manage both people and processes. Must be located in Panipat or ready to relocate. This is an on-site role and remote work is not an option.
