HOD - Mathematics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics HOD to lead curriculum delivery and teaching excellence for Grades 8–12 with a strong focus on IIT-JEE preparation. The role involves academic leadership, teacher mentoring, lesson planning, and regular travel across multiple school campuses to ensure consistent quality and alignment with CBSE and competitive exam standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and implement the Mathematics curriculum for Grades 8–12 aligned with CBSE and IIT-JEE requirements.
• Observe, mentor, and support Math teachers across campuses through demo classes, feedback, and academic planning.
• Conduct regular classroom visits and audits to monitor teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Organize and lead workshops, mock tests, and interventions for IIT-JEE aspirants.
• Analyze student performance data and recommend strategies for academic improvement.
• Coordinate with School Principals and Academic Heads to ensure seamless curriculum implementation.
• Travel 12–13 days per month to schools across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related discipline.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience teaching senior secondary students, with proven IIT-JEE preparation expertise.
• Prior experience in academic leadership or mentoring is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and competitive exam patterns.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
