Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Top, Yarn and Fabric Dyeing Head of the Department to lead our dyeing team in achieving high-quality dyeing results, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Top Polyester & Wool dyeing, blends of Viscose, Modal, Nylon, Cotton fibres. Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership: Lead and manage the dyeing team to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety goals. 2. Dyeing Operations: Oversee the dyeing process, ensuring that all dyeing machines are running efficiently and effectively. Mainly experienced to handle Blends of polyester/Wool/Nylon/Modal/viscose/Cotton fibres both for TOP/Yarn & Fabric dying. 3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all dyed products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Sound knowledge of fibre and its working in worsted spinning. Ability to trace and correct final fabric from dyeing level. 4. Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve dyeing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. 5. Training and Development: Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in dyeing operations. 6. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure that all dyeing operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, complying with all relevant regulations and standards. 7. Communication: Communicate effectively with production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production operations. 8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets and costs, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and justified. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Chemistry, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in textile dyeing, with at least 05 years in a leadership role. 3.
