Job Description

HMC Operator

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Achieve production rates and goals as set by the shift or team leader.
Conduct and monitor all production operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
Strictly follow all safety rules related to both equipment and personnel.
Report production details with accuracy and rigor to the shift or team leader.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven relevant experience working with an
HMC machine
.
Ability to read, interpret, and perform basic calculations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of materials, products, and associated equipment and processes.
Knowledge of
HMC machine programming
to produce parts according to technical drawings.
Familiarity with software tools such as
Autodesk Powershape & Powermill
for program generation.
Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
The ability to report production data accurately and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong team spirit and a collaborative attitude.
