Job Summary: Placement Incharge – Hotel Management

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Incharge / Faculty to manage and facilitate internship and job placement opportunities for students pursuing Hotel Management. The ideal candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with at least supervisory-level industry experience in a category hotel. A strong understanding of hospitality operations and good industry networking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality organizations for student placements (internships & jobs).
• Make calls to alumni for Placement Co-ordination.
• Manage Placement Groups of Students and Alumni.
• Coordinate campus interviews, industry visits, and guest lectures.
• Guide and mentor students on career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills.
• Track placement progress and maintain placement records.
• Liaise with faculty and the academic team to align student skills with industry needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hotel Management (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends and recruitment practices.
• Passion for student development and institutional growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kapashera, New Delhi , New Delhi - 110037, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Making lesson Plans: 1 year (Preferred)
