Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HK Executive based in Rajkot. The HK Executive will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Daily tasks include managing the housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections, implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments and handling guest requests and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management, overseeing staff, and maintaining standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Any relevant certifications or training in housekeeping management is a plus
