Job Title: Metallurgical Technician

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Metallurgical Technician to join our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support metallurgical and mineral processing operations for gold and silver production
  
• Monitor and optimize plant processes to ensure efficient recovery and quality standards
  
• Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of ores, concentrates, and tailings
  
• Maintain accurate process and laboratory records and reports
  
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
  
• Work effectively in shift-based operations at remote site locations
  
• Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and operations teams
  

Job Requirements:

• Age between 2235 years
  
• Diploma in Metallurgy or Mineral Processing Engineering
  
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in a gold and silver mining company
  
• Willingness to work in remote/interior locations and in shift rotations
  
• Proactive, task-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
