SUMMARY Job Opening: WebSphere Admin We are looking for a skilled WebSphere Admin with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai - Thane. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server, with at least 2 years of experience in these technologies. Additionally, the candidate should possess basic knowledge of various OS server functionality, RDBMS, IT infrastructure, and backups. The candidate should be ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and holidays, and should have excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written). Responsibilities: Strong experience in WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server for at least 2 years Basic knowledge of various OS server functionality Basic understanding of RDBMS and ability to perform daily operational activities Basic IT infrastructure knowledge and backups Architecture understanding of Internet-based applications Act on the alert received by different tools Additional Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to communicate with nontechnical audiences on technical issues Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, and able to learn quickly Desired Skills: Optional: Ability to communicate well in English (verbal/written) Education Details: Graduate (BSC/B.Tech/B.E./BCA) Full-time Grads only or Postgraduate (MSC/MTech/ M.E./MCA) Others: Notice Period Only Immediate to 15 days The candidate should be okay with Mumbai (working from the office). This is a 24*7 Rotational Shift including Night Shifts with Alternate Saturdays Offs.
