Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team at Viswamitempowersolution in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and reservations for our company's various services. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

Process ticket sales and reservations for various services offered by the company
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of all ticket sales and reservations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and regulations
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase ticket sales
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized ticketing office and work area Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in ticketing or reservations, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office and ticketing software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
