Job Description: Position: Territory Sales Manager - General Trade Location - Bengalore No. of Position - 1 Responsibilities: Manage and drive sales for both General Trade channels within the designated territory. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales revenue. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and promotional activities. Regularly review and report on sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales General Trade & Modern Trade, preferably in the OTC Pharma industry. Proven track record of team handling and achieving business growth targets. Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
