About the Role

EdTech, student counseling, or university admissions

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  cold, inbound, and outbound calls

  to prospective students.
• Provide detailed

  counseling on courses, programs, eligibility,

  and admission procedures.
• Meet

  daily, weekly, and monthly

  admissions and sales targets.
• Manage and convert leads effectively with consistent follow-ups.
• Update and maintain accurate data in the

  CRM system

  .
• Address and resolve student/parent queries professionally.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and university events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in EdTech / Education Counseling / University Admissions.
• Excellent

  spoken communication

  and confident phone presence.
• Strong

  sales and persuasion

  skills with a target-driven approach.
• Comfortable with

  high-volume calling

  and lead conversion.
• Basic computer knowledge;

  CRM experience

  preferred.
