Job Description

Company: Logicease

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Calling / Tele Marketing to join our team for our Education App.
No Sales Target – Your role will mainly involve engaging with schools, parents, and teachers to create awareness and provide information about our app.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schools, parents, and teachers.
Share details about our Education App and answer queries.
Maintain call records and update data in Excel.
Coordinate with the team for follow-ups.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-calling / customer service / sales support.
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Basic computer knowledge – MS Word & Excel is a must.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to build rapport on calls.
