Hiring: Tele Calling / Tele Marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Calling / Tele Marketing to join our team for our Education App.
No Sales Target – Your role will mainly involve engaging with schools, parents, and teachers to create awareness and provide information about our app.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schools, parents, and teachers.
• Share details about our Education App and answer queries.
• Maintain call records and update data in Excel.
• Coordinate with the team for follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-calling / customer service / sales support.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge – MS Word & Excel is a must.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to build rapport on calls.
