Hiring: Tele-Callers (Contract Basis)

Location: RAGC – Thane / Mumbai

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Performance-based extension)

RAGC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele-Callers on a contractual basis tosupport our admissions team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with students, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the given database.
• Explain available courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Schedule campus visits and follow up with students regularly.
• Maintain accurate call records and update inquiry details in CRM/Excel.
• Assist the counselling team with lead generation and conversions.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling & appointment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or BPO (education sector experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, email, CRM).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
