Qualification:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Creative Manager/ Sr. Executive with strong expertise in 3D visualization for advertising, events, exhibitions, mall activations, and roadshows. The ideal candidate will translate concepts into realistic 3D models, renders, and visualizations, and support the development of production-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and realistic renders
Develop event designs including stalls, stages, activations, mall, and rural activity layouts
Prepare production manuals, technical drawings, and execution guidelines
Work on branding deliverables such as posters, logos, and print-ready files
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client briefs and deliver within timelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality

Required Skills & Expertise:

4-10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization or event/exhibition design
Proficiency in 3ds Max and rendering tools (V-Ray / Corona)
Working knowledge of CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for 2D support
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial design
Ability to convert concepts into practical designs for production and fabrication
Excellent visualization, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Background:

Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or experiential marketing
Graduate/Postgraduate in design, fine arts, multimedia, or related field.
