JOB DESCRIPTION Hiring for Tier 1 Hyundai Supplier DEPT: PRODUCTION DESIGNATION: - SR. ENGINEER Key Responsibilities: • Ensure and monitoring the Line Production Performance. • Ensure and Monitoring the Line Quality Performance. • Ensure the operator working Condition as per the SOP. • Corrective action for Production Gap (Down time). • Corrective action for Inhouse Rejection. • Corrective action for Inhouse Rejection (Down time). • Check and Prepare the MRN Slip as per the Plan. • Ensure the Line-Safety and 5S. • Ensure the first piece output Data. • Monitoring the Hourly Out Put Sheet-with Loss Details. • Ensure and monitoring the Poka yoke -By-Pass by Operator. • Monito and analysis the Quality Issue in the Line. General Skills: • IATF knowledge on documentations and audit • EMS / OHSAS knowledge on documentations and audit • 3C and 5S knowledge Soft Skills: • Good Communication skills • Interpersonal Relation skills • Supervisory Skills Qualification and Experience • BE / DME – Minimum 3 to 8 yrs exp.
