Job Description

Hiring for Associate- Post Closing, having Mandatory experience in US Residential Mortgage

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Loan processing, closing and/or post-closing in US residential Mortgage-mandatory
Working knowledge of US Mortgage Residential disclosures, fees and closing documents including but not limited to 1003, Note, Title, Purchase Contract, Security Instrument, NMLS, Valuation, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, , RTC, Net Tangible Benefit, Insurance docs, Flood Cert, FHA Connection and Valuation documents.
Demonstrated knowledge of US mortgage lending regulations and procedures. And decent knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines
Strong decision making skill to determine and document loan conditions, communicate requirements, and/or challenge.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to fellow investors, and external vendors in a professional, articulate, and respectful manner throughout the entire loan process.
Encompass software experience would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
Bachelors degree is mandatory.
