Designation : Senior Dotnet Developer

Experience: 5+ yrs

Shift timings : 2 pm to 11 pm

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)

The Dotnet Developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements for assigned projects, delivering high-quality technical solutions, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in .NET and SQL/SSIS, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires collaboration with team members and business clients to achieve project goals while minimizing risks and issues.

Mandatory Key Skills : C# - SQL - .Net Core - Web API - CI/CD

Principal Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of the business requirements of the assigned projects (60%)
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables.
• Production Support, Production issues/bugs, deployments, On-Call Support etc. (20%)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Perform deployments and provide on-call support as needed.
• Solution-oriented approach (20%)
• Develop innovative and efficient solutions to technical challenges.
• Optimize existing systems for better performance and scalability.
• Sound technical skills
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (WinForms, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, etc.).
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Good communication skills for interaction with team or business clients
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Good Team Player
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
• Quality & Timely delivery of project and assigned tasks
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines.
• Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality outputs.

Technical Skills:

• .NET Technologies: WinForms, ASP.NET 4.0/4.5, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Service, WCF, WebAPI, MVC, Design Patterns (Rating: 8/10).
• SQL Server: Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2012/2016, writing stored procedures, triggers, and SQL scripts (Rating: 8/10).
• Agile/SCRUM: Good understanding of Agile or SCRUM methodologies (Rating: 7/10).
• Azure Platform: Development experience with serverless computing, Azure Functions, Azure Services, Azure Storage, and Logic Apps (Rating: 7/10).
• PC Skills: Proficiency in VS 2010 and above, VSTS, SQL Server 2012 and above.

Other Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skillset, Education & Experience

• .NET Core, Microservices, SSRS.
• Cloud Computing: Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Serverless Computing, EC2, PAAS, IAAS, etc.
• SSIS: Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
• Additional Skills:
• Proven track record in reducing performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with Data Management Views (DMV) for performance enhancement.
• Experience with Very Large Databases (VLDB).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software implementation best practices
