Eligibility Criteria

Minimum
1 year of international BPO experience
in
KYC / CDD / EDD / Client Onboarding (EXperience should be in international Banking)
Graduate in any stream
Strong understanding of
KYC, AML, FATCA
, and onboarding regulations
Experience handling
transaction monitoring
or escalations is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform
end-to-end KYC reviews
for new client onboarding and periodic refresh
Collect, validate, and analyze customer documentation (entity structure, UBO, SOF/SOW, regulatory info)
Conduct
CDD and EDD
based on customer risk rating
Identify, investigate, and escalate
suspicious activities or discrepancies
to Compliance
Handle
transaction monitoring
, investigate red flags, and assist in filing
Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
Collaborate with
Compliance, Fraud, and Legal
teams to resolve complex cases
Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and case files
Meet internal
SLA, quality
, and productivity targets
Mentor and support junior analysts (if applicable)
